Do legal contracts have to be in Mandarin Chinese to be enforceable in China?

We’re trying to put a supply agreement in place and need to know what chinese law says about what language it needs to be in. I think if it is in english, it is invalid by definition, but I’m not sure. Can someone help me and also site there source as this is somewhat important…thanks so much.
