Willy asked:

We now have people alive living on the streets dying of starvation and cold and these people want money for what? Is this money going to bring back the dead. What about all of the European settlers that came over two and three hundred years ago. I think the government should pay me $10,000 because Samuel De Champlain slapped my greatx5 grandmother and caused her emotional grief. How about we give compensation to every Acadian that was expelled? Ho about to every family that lost family on the voyage over oh so many years ago Give me a break. Believe you me, the Chinese are not the only ones that died under harsh conditions to see this great land grow and become the greatest nation in the world. You should be happy that because of your ancestors sacrafices you live in the best and most free country.
