it really depends on the country that you are from…i know most countries allow a fiance visa where their partner is allowed to come over before the wedding and allowed to stay after the wedding…being an ex-con should not affect this,unless you want to go to their country and live

I don’t think it will stop you from being married. Once you marry her she will be able to live in the United States legally. Are you sure she loves you in return? Are you sure she’s not just trying to marry you to obtain her citizenship?
