  4. Well first IS NOT A LAW yet.
    Second it read illegals…doesn’t read asians, hispanics or europeans …meaning people who has come or stayed illegaly in the country whatever culture/race they belong to, as long as they don’t have any other criminal activity besides being in the country illegaly (meaning no felonies), pay taxes and learn English.
    The new visas “Z” will give the choice to become legal resident if they meet all the requirements proposed OR have a permament work permit (without being a resident or citizen) -which is created for mostly agricultural workers who don’t wish to become American citizens but only work in the fields during picking season.
