No. That law would by struck down when any conviction of said law, were appealed in Federal Court.

well this chec and jew went to the zoo, and they were looking at the male and female lion, and the chec decided to pet one of the lions and got eaten, when the zookeepers asked the jewish guy which lion ate the chec he pointed at the male lion,,they killed the lion and the chec wasnt in the male lion,, the moral here is to never believe a jew that the check is in the mail
