Specifically why should we learn about chinese criminal laws?
What do you think? Would you want to learn about criminal laws in other countries besides yours?
the reason we study other countries criminal law is so that we can learn how to improve and enforce our laws

We all have something to learn from one another. In the case of China, we have a very good example of how to NOT run a government or structure laws if one is interested in fairness and justice. But from some other countries we can learn how to improve our criminal procedure, or streamline our criminal code, etc.
