Moocy asked:

has anyone realized that the chinese are pushing a little too hard to pursue olympic glory. they have 3,000 training academies with 400,000 students. they dont give their kids a break. why not boycott china for overdoing it and shouldnt there some sort of world wide child labor law.
yeah but what happens afterwards. when they’re retired. most of the athletes are unemployed after retirement. so what happens then for them.

  1. But the athletes are willing to suffer training rigors for Olympic glory, a chance of a life time for them, many who are probably poor and dream of telling hero stories to their children.
