Are there any compulsory vaccination laws in regards to visiting or moving to china? What are the pedriatric vaccination laws in China?

  1. This is no mandatory vaccination for foreign visitors in China.

    I am not sure about immigrants, but there are very few immigrants to China.

    Kids in China must take multiple vaccinations. I don’t have the current list. I am sure that the list is mostly similar to the one in the US, with a few differences.

  2. No, it’s not. But if you want to feel safe, just one major vaccination will do. I’m from Singapore, and when i went to China just before the Beijing 2008 Olypmics, i just took a Bird Flu Vaccination. There’s nothing much else you need. Dont’ ask the doctors; they’ll make you take NINE injections. Psst. They want to earn money. Just get a bird flu vaccination. That’s sufficient.

  3. Vaccinations are not required to visit any country, but are highly recommended for many countries. I would recommend getting your basics done if they are not up to date (such as MMR and tetanus) as well as hepatitis A, hepatits B, and typhoid. I lived in China for a year and it was recommended that I get each of these vaccines. For full details on what’s recommended for China, visit the website below.

  4. no, but I would suggest that you get the Hep shots, that is relaly the only one you need

    all babies are vaccinated at birth in China
