chrisa asked:

How does Wallmart do it? Do I need to have a Chinese partner found a Chinese company for my company to team with? Can I just found an American corporation and enter? What are the global trade laws?

  3. Walmart was invited to invest in China so it’s a different scenario altogether. Doing buisness in China needs “relationship” call “Kuan-Si”. You need to know someone to connect you with the relevant authority otherwise you may land up being cheated and still no go for your business. Do yo speak Mandarin to begin with?
