I’m hoping to buy some replacement pieces for my mother-in-law as a Xmas gift, and though I’ve eaten on her dinnerware many times (including this past Thanksgiving) I neglected to check the back for the name of the pattern. So, here’s what it looks like: Plates are CREAM colored and rather heavy and thick. They have PINK flowers in the center (not just on the rims). These flowers have a “brushy” painted look & have few petals (more like a dogwood flower, not at all like a rose or peony). The plates are rather deep and bowl-like, as opposed to being shallow. Knowing my mother-in-law, these are probably NOT an expensive set…probably something she bought in the 1960’s and likely discontinued. Well, does it sound like anything you’ve seen? Thanks for any and all help!!!!!

Try . If you can email them a picture of the front and back of a plate they will look it up for you. If they carry it they will send you a list of what they have along with a price list.

If no one on here comes up with anything for you, try to sneak a peak at the bottoms and see what is there. Then, go to — they have everything that has ever been made. They will also help you identify patterns if you could snap a shot of it. And lastly, browse through a good will or other used goods place and see if you can find it. A lot of dinnerware like that was sold a grocery stores on a piece a week basis and it turns up a lot. Good Luck. If you can find it she’ll think you are really neat and sweet to take the time.
