I have read the article regarding this subject many times. however, i am unable to find a city that issues these licences. I am currently in Sichuan Province. i am guessing that they are the same cities in which you can acquire a regular license easily. Anyone have any knowledge about this new law and where it is applied.

Ik woon in Shen Zhen, waar ik heb mijn rijbewijs (particuliere voertuigen). geldig voor 7 jaar. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is uw licentie vertaald en notariële en neem contact op met het vervoer dept. in ruil voor een chinees volledige rijbewijs. Pretty gemakkelijk.

Tymczasowe prawo jazdy jest ważne tylko przez trzy miesiące, a on działa tylko z oryginalną prawo jazdy we własnym kraju.
