Chase G asked:

My grandparents own a company that makes diaphragm’s. (No, not birth control. It’s something to do with brakes) All it is is little rubber disc’s. Recently, a customer in vietnam has contacted them and told them that someone is ripping off their product. They have THE EXACT same logos, and numbers…. as well as the company name “WRP” (Western rubber products). So my question is… Can they do anything about this? It’s international, and I’m not quite sure what the laws are regarding this.

What is your opinion about Chinese-Canadians wanting compensation for immigration laws of 100-150 years ago?

Willy asked:

We now have people alive living on the streets dying of starvation and cold and these people want money for what? Is this money going to bring back the dead. What about all of the European settlers that came over two and three hundred years ago. I think the government should pay me $10,000 because Samuel De Champlain slapped my greatx5 grandmother and caused her emotional grief. How about we give compensation to every Acadian that was expelled? Ho about to every family that lost family on the voyage over oh so many years ago Give me a break. Believe you me, the Chinese are not the only ones that died under harsh conditions to see this great land grow and become the greatest nation in the world. You should be happy that because of your ancestors sacrafices you live in the best and most free country.

Is the Constitution really a “living, breathing document”?

Smoove B asked:

I’ve been hearing that since law school. How the Constitution has to be “interpreted” to cover scenarios which could not have been contemplated by the Founders. Like gay marriage, or abortion. Guess what, abortion dates to at least second-century Greece, homosexuality to 600 BC China. These things were not unknown to the Founders. I find it very telling gay marriage and abortion rights are nowhere mentioned in the Bill of Rights, and that the Second Amendment (#2 on the list) is under constant attack. Your thoughts?
