you should check out my school, Texas State University…our website is we have a pretty nice study abroad program and we have a HUGE business department here…they actually just finished building a new building for the business majors.

most colleges/universities have programs for international student. i believe the chinese governement will pay for your education

Can you do an exchange program?
I heard the Chinese gov’t will send you abroad if you are a promising student in a subject they think China needs more of.
Otherwise work really hard at improving your spoken English. Watch American movies.

Surly there are tons of schools accepting students from all over, however, there are restrictions.
For example, you need to have a bank statement indicating that you can afford to live in the US for a year. Which will have to include your tuition, books, living expenses and etc. The amt is different depending on school.
Since you mentioned that you cannot afford the expensive tuition, you need a sponsor. Are your grades good enough to apply for scholarship in China? If not, you need an American family/company who’s willing to sponsor you.
Otherwise, I am not sure how you can come here.
