We don’t seperated in that manner. Your immigration processes are best determined in your country at the U.S. Embassy, but if you would like, the Immigration Service will have a method of contact that may interest you.
Which Chinese? My wife is from the Republic of China while my brother-in-law is from the Peoples Republic of China. They also speak different languages but both speak English.
Chinese migrating to US might find this site useful:-
Check with your nearest US embassy; there is not going to be any restriction for you to apply for a Visa as far as you have good records that is free or any sort of conviction.
There is an immigrant number (which is the number of people that can come to the US from a particular country)
The waiting list is already filled. Anyhow, you might get a quick processing based on which visa you are likely to travel.
Tourist visas (vacation or medical treatment) and business visas are processed comparatively quickly than the green card visa or employment visas.
If you are trying to move with your family better talk to the nearest embassy. It is going to be time consuming for you to search from the website. the branch embassy can give you quick answers.

That one seems good.
