Take a good look at who owns what in the US and you will see that a great deal of property is foreign owned. There is not a good regulation to prohibit foreign ownership.

Quick info. Look at who settled America first. Dutch?, English?,French? Look up their ownership interest. Both Corporate and real property. Hmm…
