THE QUESTION: “By not granting China’s Imperial family and Emperor, head of state in exile, official recognition, by denying them recognition and Secret Service protection and special privileges under the law, is President Bush guilty of violations of US laws and will he ever be indicted?”
Answer: The truth is that the President is above the law, as we, the people, can all see here and with respect to the Iraq War.
In issues of national security, the President and his people have violated many laws and have endangered our nation. Since he is above the law and Congress see fit not to prosecute him, he will never be indicted and his lies will continue on to the next President, whomever that may be with the exception of Ron Paul.
China’s royal family came here to America in 1871 to flee from Manchurian persecution and certain death. They have not gone back, due to a communist take over of mainland China.
The Imperial family are not communist!

End
and the question is?
the imperial family IS communist, as their country is communist. just because they live here, doesn’t mean they arent still loyal to the communist party. they obviously still call themselves the “imperial family”, which means they consider themselves part of chinas government and system.

One more year and dubya will be out of the White House. After that what are you going to gripe about then? The left looks for every form of mudscraping they can! Get a grip already. As a matter of fact you probably cast a vote for ‘ol dubya!’ Who cares about Chinas Imperial family. Since your so worried about it give them a place to stay at your house. I’m sure you have plenty of room since your mouth is so big!

No. With all the serious issues regarding Bush’s presidency, this is what you come up with?
PS The Manchus were defeated by Sun Yat Sen’s NAtionalists around 1911, I believe, but definitely not by the Communists, who defeated Chiang Kai Shek’s Nationalists 1949

The President of the United States is not “above the law.” The President is the law unless checks and balances adjust – that means congress or judiciary do something to change what the President does.
There is no WAR in Iraq – it was over years ago – there is only the US Military supporting UN directives within Iraq.
Get your facts right!
As for the deposed Chinese Imperial family – the US Government does not support any – non-elected governing body as head of state – thus – the “Royalty” from China is not to be protected by US tax payers.
You say laws have been broken – if so – people would be prosecuted. You may not like President Bush – but you have no rights to say things that are not true.
How would you like it if people said you break the laws – how would your neighbors like to know you break laws all the time. Have you ever littered – have you ever driven faster than the speed limit – not come to a complete halt at a stop, and how about saying or writing something untrue about someone else – that is lible and slander and against the law.
It is okay to like Ron Paul – but even he has personnal agenda’s and is not perfect. Cheer on those who you like – Don’t tred on those you dislike. Use your voice for good – not for bad.
